Yoga with Paul is an hour long class that starts slow, builds to a sweat and then lands gently in floor work. We focus on exploring alignment and subtle adjustments while moving through all of your favorite sun salutations, inversions, and hip openers. If you are working through an injury we'll help you find poses to address it. If you are working toward a particular goal like handstand or splits, we'll help you through the preliminary work that'll get you to your goal safely.
