Rooted in the women's Self-Help movement that started 40 years ago, these workshops are bringing body autonomy into the 21st century with self chec practices and adult sex education for all. Learn and practice pelvic floor fitness, receive tutorials to chart your hormonal cycles, and learn to observe your cervical changes for health and reproduction. Yoga with Paul is an hour long class that starts slow, builds to a sweat and then lands gently in floor work. We focus on exploring alignment and subtle adjustments while moving through all of your favorite sun salutations, inversions, and hip openers. If you are working through an injury we'll help you find poses to address it. If you are working toward a particular goal like handstand or splits, we'll help you through the preliminary work that'll get you to your goal safely.
